a good amp?

Ok and is it going in two different cars? Do you want both of them in the same car? Do you want a separate amp for both? Are they going to be in different enclosures? My advice is use the one that's dual 2 ohm, wire it down to 1 ohm and sell the other one to help the funds for nice amp for the one. OR sell the Dual 2 ohm and buy a dual 4 ohm and wire that with the other dual 4 ohm down to a 1 ohm load and put them on a decent amp.

you make it sound so easy. and ok got to break it down some more. sorry. right so just wiring the 2 ohm sounds good. it would be in its own box. and i havent got a clue as to how to wire it?

Now as far as what amp and how many watts that I would just say a safe bet with 1000 watts rms like a sundown sae-1000 or something along those lines. I can't say too much about it cuz I haven't ever worked with type R's before.

It's very simple. just take both negatives of the subwoofer and put them in the negative of the amp and take both the positives of the subwoofer and put them into the positive of the amp. Like here:

The thing with power accoustik is that even though it says it puts out 3200 watts at 1 ohm, it realistically only puts out maybe half that and it won't sound very clean. It "could" don't get me wrong but try looking at http://www.audioque.com and take a look at their 1200D it sells for $249 but trust me it's a way better built amp and it actually puts out the watts it says it does. That's just one company though, there are tons of other ones that also sell very good quality amps at around that price. Something you need to know too is that even though you may have good equipment, a lot of it has to do with the install and what kind of wire you use and how the box is built.
