Ok, so I am on the look for a good front stage amp. It can either be 4 channel (active capable) or just a nice 2 channel. I really like the old school style, where you can introduce the bass and the treble, but am up for anything, especially something new and compact.

Am looking for something that will feed each side about 150 watts RMS give or take some.

My budget is around 250 max.

Let me know what ideas you guys have or what you got. Was thinking about an Arc KS300.2

i got an autotek XS 400.2. very nice, old school, ZED built! each channel is one ohm stable, and 2 ohm stable bridged. Well under budget. I'd ask 140, negotiable.

Mb quart onyx 4.125 $130 shipped

RMS Power Rating:

4 ohms: 125 watts x 4 chan.

2 ohms: 250 watts x 4 chan.

Bridged, 4 ohms: 500 watts x 2 chan

Pretty much. It's just a nice kit. A solo rite Scarlett 2i2, XLR mic and a loop back cable are my next purchases so I can get accurate phase...

No need to bypass the amp. Most use an LOC that takes the full amped signal and turns it into a flat RCA level signal. Here is the newest I have...

It would also be easy to add an equalizer to have individual rca inputs for all of the channels. A decent one can be had for less than $40...

Slapz are sfb clones from my understanding. What I was pointing out is how much info slapz gives about their amps 😂
