a few various ?s on adding to stock stereo

I have a 2006 Nissan Altima with the stock cd player, i have a line out converter back to a Infinity ref611a mono block amp pushing 2 12 in jl (OLD) in a bandpass box which i hope to get rid of soon. My question is the amp has rca outputs and would i be able to hook up thru those rcas an amp which i have already to power the stock front speakers which are 6.5 in the doors and seperate tweeters in the dash pillars. will i have any audio controls (bass mid treble) over the amplified speakers off the head unit if hooked up this way?
