These are a couple of my Orion collection. I have a old XTR800 i have in my step-dads car as well as another 2250SX. I sold my other two HCCA 225's recently and now im regreting it lol. I enjoy collecting these amps, and i will be for a long time. The 2nd 2250 from the top i have to send it to get it fixed. Other than that all of my amps are in mint shape, never repaired. Anyone else like the older Orions? Im looking for another older 250-HCCA like the last one on the bottom with the old moon and star just to add a 2nd one to the collection if anyone has any. I have a ton of other oldie's //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif but these are my favorite.

Love Orions. But...WHY...on God's Green, Plus, BEAUTIFUL U.S. Soil would you want another 1st gen 250? Need the 400BDG to bridge them, and its weak as hell compared to the 2nd gen. I had both. The 2nd gen I kept. You'd be MUCH happier with a 2g. I promise. Even in stereo its clearer and stronger, or so it seems. And it doesnt need the 400BDG. Power supply is MUCH better in design and function. I ran my 250 for 6 months at .5 ohm with no problems. Guy who has my old 1st gen 250 has troubles running it at 1 ohm, on same subs. Mine were dual 2, his are dual 4ohm. Give you my 250 and cash for another 2100 HCCA. lol.

you can make a nice system out of the 3 hcca's 2 225's and the 250 though..reguardless of the generation lol...would be sweet too

Shit yeah you can. a 225 on a set of comps, and the 250 on a pair of subs.

I would like another first gen to have a matching set for collecting. Im not using the one in the picture and im not planning on it. I will run all my 2250's and 225's in my next set-up but im still slowely gathering stuff for that. Haha im good on that trade man Ill take your first gen 225 on the bottom off your hands though. I want to go with some class A soundstreams in the furture so the 225's will go in the closet.

They are being saved for my future set-up I just need to find a ride that has some space in it.
