I've never heard any of these subs.

So please don't mind repeat ???'s

I'm looking for SPL with a side of SQ.

I don't wanna spend over $500 per sub. (ebay price)

My list is....

2- 15 Brahma's

2- 15 XXX's

2- 15 DD

2- 15 IDMAX

1200 watts going to each.

If I forgot any please add them to my list.

Let the replies begin....

If you're looking for more SPL than SQ then the Resonant XXX and the Digital Designs stand out. Which model of DD?

I know this one guy who had 2 15" brahmas and he hit 153+ dBs on linear X mic. dash mounted.

and you could get them for... $400 from adireaudio.com? I can't remember, go look, but it's less than $500 per sub that way, i promise that much.

they are also meant for SQ, so you could possibly get a 145+ dB SQ/SPL setup with them on two DEI 1100D amps, which can be found for $300 a peice on ebay, or the newer models can be found for around $400, but they both have the exact same power, 1100watts @1 ohm, 1400 max (the benchmark test of this amp performed 1300+ watts at 1 ohm rms)

I don't remember the model # 9515, I think. Which ever is the top of the line.

I've never heard them, but I've heard good things about Inhumans. Best thing is, they can be custom built to your needs. If anyone here has one or has heard one, I'd like to hear your thoughts. I think the two DD's would be your best bet. You also might look into a Mmats juggernaut.
