a few electrical questions

i need some advice as in what direction i need to go with upgrading the electrical system in my passport. im going to call tmrw and see if i can get an h.o alt for it but i have a few general questions that i need some help with.

heres a run down of what i plan on doing...

upgrading the alt to a h.o.

big 3 ground upgrades using 4ga

voltage meter in the dash

adding a second battery in the back..probly a kinetik 1400...if anyone can tell me if i need a diff size please do so and wheres the best priced place to get kinetik

2-0 runs from the front battery to the rear...one power and one ground

feed my amps with 4ga.... im going to run a ample audio exonic 3000.1 but im wiring it 4ohm so it will only be putting out 800 watts and ill have a 200w or so amp for my front stage

i think thats it so if anyone can tell me if running the 4ga big 3 grounds and the 0 for the batt might cause a prob let me know and if anything else dont look right point me in the right direction

Kinda confused.. just run the big 3 in 1/0 .. and why would you wire to 4 ohm.. if your only doing 800 @ 4 ohm you prbly dont even need another batt cuz thats not ******* much juice and HO alt should cover it

the amp does 1500 at 1 ohm or 800 at 4... the subs only can take 250 per coil so i dont wanna blow them with too much power

Go ahead ans do the Big 3 in 1/0. HO alt, battery, and big 3 will make those 1200 watts not exist.
