yeah meto...but these 5 1/4's midbass sounds better than most 6.5's...i could only imagine how the 6.5's sound...they will fit his F150 where the 6.5's won't without major mods anyway...

I'm going to do 8" midbass drivers in my next project....or multiple 6.5"s. I'm pretty much done with little systems. My next one is going to be extremely difficult.

My woodworking skills have improved dramatically recently, and I'm going to jump into fiberglassing when I heal up. I want to do something ridiculous. I may even try for honest to goodness cabinets molded into the a-pillars or into the dashboard. I have a massive sheet of 1" oak to work with, and I'm going to use it.

Project car will be a heavily modded mid 90's T-bird SC, Monte Carlo SS, Impala SS or full size Bronco. A late 80's Jaguar xjs v-12 wouldn't be out of the question either.

I had a badass Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited a couple years back that I loved (totaled it). It had 20" black rhino seregeti wheels, flat black paint, black halo head & tail lights and carbon/charcoal leather & seude interior. It was my baby. If I end up buying the Bronco or Tahoe, I'll do the EXACT same thing I did to the GCL.

I have a black 2006 4 door Dakota V8 right now. I may buy a new daily driver (I'd love to have an SRT8 Challenger or 300). If I do buy a NEW car, I'll just do something ridiculous to the Dakota instead of buying a different project vehicle...
