A/D/S 450.2 or JL 300/2

I am putting in a set of Focal K2P comps in my Mustang, and I have narrowed down the amp choices to the JL and The A/D/S. I can get either amp for $399. Which is a better overall amp? thanks

personally, which most of these posts are about, personal accounts or opinions, I would take the A/D/S, used to sell DEi equipment and A/D/S is one of my favorites
