A/B vs. D class with the same exact RMS Output?

So Just wondering I have an option to have a A/B amp that puts out 4000 at 1 ohm.

And a class d puts out 5K at 1 ohm. Lets just say I want both to put out 4k rms.

So the power is an issue yet my goal is to put two RD HW and get max spl.

As long as both amplifiers do the rated power the only assumed difference should be that with proper electrical the ab should sound cleaner? is this correct please give me input for those super curious

DD Z1A VS. TRU SLEDGE Hammer

The class d is much more efficient, probably only use 60-75 % of the current to reach the same power levels as the a/b. In your setup, sq is not part of the equation, get the class d, you will not hear a difference.
