_~_~_i need help with my HID KIT_~_~_

Hey guys, I bought my civic and they was a HIDynamics kit on there, I thought it was cool... only problem is one of my bulbs crapped out on me... I HAD NO IDEA IT WAS THIS DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH...

1.my car takes 9003 bulbs but i cant find any online i found one site that had h4/9003 bulbs... but it was that only one others had h4 but no 9003, so are 9003 and h4s the same?

2. I have no idea what wattage my kit is, it says 12v lol but there is no reference as to what watt bulb i should get

some one please help i have been pulled over 3 times and they put me in the computer so the next time i get a ticket and i cant afford one!!!

So you need help finding a replacement HID 9003 bulb? In the meantime, why don't you buy some cheap halogen bulb to use so you won't get pulled over?

yes and i didnt know they would work... i literally know squat about these things lol... but if ne one knows how to check the wattage or if i can give the seriel number or someting and they can help me find a bulb i would greatly appreciate it

Do you know the temperature of the bulbs (ie. 6000K)? If not, you want want to consider changing both bulbs, since changing one bulb with the same temperature might still affect the color output. Search "9003 hid bulb" and you will get alot of results online. It all depends on how much you're trying to spend. Also, make sure you get the color output you want before you buy.

its always best to replace both bulbs when one goes out

i am going to once i find out what wattage of bulb to get... anyone know how to find that out? i tried lookin for HIDynamics website but i couldnt find it

Ne one have an HIDynamics kit and know what watt thier kit is so we can compare the ballists or know how to find out what the watt output of a hid kit is?

it's most likely a 35w system. if you have the funds, just buy a whole new kit so you know what you are running. plus you could go to a higher temperature if you want. even though you have that option once you replace the bulbs.

Well im planin on selling this car... long story short i bouth this car just to last me till i get my money from a previous car accident, once i get that check im buyin a Chevy TB SS, but i need to get another bulb so i can drive at night untill then and so i can sell it easier

then as mentioned before, find the proper Halogens that fit the vehicle. remove the HID bulbs and ballast and replace with halogens. no point in spending the trouble on searching for HID bulbs if it's not even going to be your car much any longer.

assuming it's a "plug and play" kit just remove it and put reg bulbs in the stock plugs...

your best bet is to get a new set... what brand are they again???
