99 honda civic hb(dampening)?

I have a 99 honda civic hb.I was wondering how much dampening material would I need to dampen the roof,doors,hatch and floors (in sq. ft).Im am getting ready to buy the material and do not know how much to get. Two more questions,Im going to use elemental design. Should I use the mat or the liqiud. Which is easier and faster to apply and works the best.
