99 Chevy s10 Vs. 92 Lexus

Lexus is nice, but id stick with the GM. Only cause you can most likely repair it yourself or for cheap if something goes wrong. I have an 81 pontiac which is a gm with over 400k on the clock and its still running strong. Had the heads redone due to valve guides worn but thats it. However most newer GM vehicles arent built worth a ****, so thats a tossup there.

That S10 has tons and tons of potential dont trade it for a car that is old and has been ragged on( you can tell by the mods on it... ) S10s nicer Lexus looks like a beat up riceer

if it were such a good deal for you, why does the dude want to get out of the lexus? something isnt right...

it seems a lose/ lose scenario either way... you live in Hawaii and BOTH cars have no A/C?! I'd die, hell I won't buy a car up here in MI if it doesn't have AC for that matter

Keep in mind the Lexus is 17 years OLD son. Looks like a tuner some 16 year old kid drove. Prolly had the pants run off it.

While age in and of itself isn't a bad thing, I agree completely with the second part.

If someone puts a body kit like that and "exhaust" on, they probably beat the piss out of it. Bulletproof engine or not, I wouldn't trust them if they told me the sky was blue.

If you really want it, find a mechanic that knows SCs and have him go through it, top to bottom.
