99 4Runner HU installation question

I,m trying to install a pioneer Hu in my 99 4runner and the metra harness has one orange and white wire(dimmer) and a orange and black wire (dimmer ground) but the HU has only one orange and white wire that says "illumination" my question is wich goes where? I was thinking the orange and white from the harness(dimmer) should be connected with the orange and white from the HU (illumination) but what I do with the "dimmer ground" wire? not used or what? I need help guys is the first time I do it

the orange with white stipe on metra harness is a wire that fluctuates with the dimmer switch of the car. The wire you want to use is the orange black on the metra harness to the orange of your HU, unless you have a cheapy where it is looking for the dimmer type of output. Consult owner's manual of HU
