9800BT Vs 880PRS

I think the 980 is more or less a 780 with bluetooth, but Im not 100% sure.

The 880 would be my choice, unless bluetooth is extremely important to you, or you need a color screen.

The 880 has superior audio adjustments.....including the ability to run an active front stage with the deck.

dudes im pretty new at this so excuse my n00bified query, but whats an active front stage?

also, im between the 880PRS and the 780MP, but my main concern is about the difference between having just one rotary comander or one volume knob and a rotary comander. would this make choosing mp3's and navigating through the menu's much easier on the 880 than on the 780??

You said it.

I have the 9800, and the one rotary commander works fine (except, pausing is a *****). I really think that pioneer should have put two more buttons on the face. One for pause, one for mute (I know, the remote has att, but still), maybe in between the buttons around the rotary commander, or above and below the three buttons to the left of it, or even on the right side of the rotary commander.

Pioneer pretty much has taken the side of the remot user, I use my remote always even though my HU is in the perfect spot to use by hand, but yea, I would have liked a pause button the HU anyway...

The 880 has "Dual (L/R) 16-Band Graphic EQ". What do they mean when they say dual. Does this mean that u can have more treble in the left speakers or like more bass or something
yep.

you can also adjust timing to them individually etc. basically if it can be adjusted, this deck does it.
