I have a 98 BMW m3 with the factory HK soundsystem. I was wondering if bought a new head unit would i have to re-wire the whole car. I have head that bose systems have this problem. OR will my head unit and the existing speaker wires work together. Thanks.....

As long as the head old and new head unit have the same options I.E. number of RCA'S (if you have an amp) and they have the quick install kit for you type of car you should have no problem.

i believe ur car has optical inputs in teh back. n most likely u will have to rewire the whole car.

lots of benz, bmws, n other high end use optical connections.
