was wondering if anybody was had experience running subs/port up?

particularly metering both subs/port up & subs up/port back.

was it also noticeable(sp?) to the ear.

particularly asking 4 door owners....

i have a teamare that has run subs up port up subs up port back subs side port back and subs forward port back the 2 loudest were subs side ports back and subs forward port back that was 2 R.E 15MTs on 2 Autotek 4000s

i have a four door with sub up port back really loud but not got it metered yet

yeah i've done it too.

but my 15s box was cutting it close to the hatch and it would be better airflow if the ports were up.

of course my box was under the window line.

but my 12's hit louder facing back

i got a 4dr 98 blazer

I have an 02 2door. I always have ran sub facing the hatch and port facing passenger side. Gets **** loud to me anyway. I have also ran a Q sub up/port forward(facing hatch). I say sub forward/port on passenger side.

I had 2 L7 12's in about 7cuft in my girlfriends blazer but never tried subs and port up. Subs and port forward was the loudest for me.

you guys have some wierd box positions lol.

never would have thought to try firing foward.

best results we had was with subs back, port back.

Had numerous setups over 150 with single 15 and 2kw.
