95 Honda accord elecrical upgrade

Ok, i want to run 2 orion 2500d's in my accord. But from what i understand i need to do some electrical upgrading to help power these amps. Everything is stock, Can anyone tell me what i need to do to my car. Thanks

Big 3 is a starter for you,then the batt and if u got the money why not a new alty cause it sounds like u are power hungry otherwise u might starve. so "everything is stock" ,that has to go man.

ok, can someone explain two me what the big three is. Also how about a 200amp/85 idle Irragi alternator? or should i go bigger?

What kind of new battery do i need, do i just replace it?

also would a capacitor be a good addition?

there is a Sticky on the big III in electrical section. I suggest get an alt with a larger idle output ,like maybe atleast 115 idle cause dont those amps draw 2500rms each. so you want a good HO alt with a nice idle. but if you are entering competitions usually the rules state your car must be off(no help from alty) you are goin to need more than 1 batt(i suggest a deepy cycle like an Optima yellow top) and run 0 awg to a distribution block then 2awg or 4 awg to each amp. caps dont really do much if ur car is on,but again if ur entering competions ur engine must be off then its not a bad idea to get a cap.

You'll never have enough juice to run 2 2500ds. The biggest alt they make for an Accord is 200amp. Sorry, you're SOL.

That sucks 200amp alty is the highest for an accord. I think i need to start looking into getting a different car.

im in the process of big 3ing my 99 accord. i jus picked up and iraggi 200A which idles at 115. SWEET. Plus im doing my big three in 2/0 wire. I have a red top under the hood and in the trunk and im only running 1 2500d wit another 300 watter amp, but im running my 2500d at .5 ohm so i need as much current as possible, i cant wait to finish the install should be crazy loud, what subs r u trying to push to need 2 2500d's thats crazy, do u even have the amp space to install them?
