94 ford explorer first fiber glass project

Very sexy!!

So tell us about the paint process.....what u do? How did you do? and setup?
Thanks Man .With the paint and finishing , It was alot of bondo and sanding . It seemed like an endless proscess before I got this part to the point where it could be painted. For the paint I gave it to the people who painted my Explorer so the color was matched to the body. They did some sanding and touch ups to this part as well. I knew if I had The body shop paint this part that it would turn out awesome. Btw it was painted base clear ford white. They only charged me 20.00 to shoot it;) . I highly reccomend doing this it sure beats a foo foo can special. Sometime in the near future I plan to build a sealed fiberglass box for the brahma and have it painted in the same manner.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
