94 civc hatchback vs 99 4 door blazer

Really? We have a 95 suburban, and we bought it in 2000. We had the front end rebuilt with new bushings and ball joints, etc before we made our road trip to california that summer... In 2004 the ball joints on the passenger's side had to be replaced AGAIN. Dont even get me started on the spongy brakes. It wasnt too bad at first, but its to the point now (we dont drive it anymore though, the brakes are part of the reason) that the brakes dont even engage until the pedal hits the floor... and the master and booster have been changed and didnt help. My buddy's 04 cav is starting to get spongy brakes.... at 60k miles //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
I have a 96 chevy tahoe , bought on 2000 and never had any problems with it, has over 150K miles on it and still runs good.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gif

A vehicle's reliability is more than the manufacturer....its also the reliability of the mechanic and the replacement parts used, non-oem, etc...

Everybody here says "its all in the install" That applies to more than just audio

It greatly depends on what your looking for... if you just want an spl car then yea the blazer.. Basically civic is reliable, easy to take apart (because it's tin can :p) and general maintence is cheap (go kart size tires). Better gas milege cause the motors half the size.. haha.... The blazer is better car its simply more features, safer more comfy ect. ect. haha. I own a 99 full size tahoe with a 350 and the gas milege does **** but the way I look at it is my truck is my entertainment not just a point a to b veichle and entertainment costs $.... The blazer is less reliable in the matter of stuff breaking but you do have to consider that replacing a transmission in a blazer is much easier then a fwd honda.... Also the blazer will never die because it can be re-built, the honda will eventually just fall apart and end up in a junk yard haha

94 Civic FTW. My stereo car is a 94' Civic DX currently under construction //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Very loud cars, easy to maintain, lots of cool stuff can be done!
