93 accord Japanese Boots

Ok so if you have a 93 acccord and you ran wires though the boot to the door speakers how did you do it? I will get pics of my boots when I get a minute but if you have a Honda you know what I am talking about. I don't even think boot is the correct term for them. They are square plastic boxes that have electrical tape wrapped around the bottoms of them...seems like if I disturbed that I would't be able to get it back to the way it was and I sure as hell couldn't use a coat hanger to run the wire though? Anybodies?

tie the new wires to the old speaker wires at the door and use them to pull the new ones thro, as the old ones come out.
