It says it's a yellow w/red stripe wire but I do not have one of those.

The12Volt says constant 12v+ = blue/white and switched 12v+ = yellow/red for '88-'91 Civic's.

I'd still double check the wires though.

mine was yellow and red in my 91 crx.

Thanks for the replys guys. Im still having trouble.

The only wires I have left to attach are

Blue with Yellow Stripe (left rear speaker +)

White with Green Stripe ?

Gray with White Stripe (left rear speaker -)

Red with Black Stripe ?

Red with Yellow Stripe (right rear +)

Brown with Black Stripe (right rear -)

According to Install DR the 12+ Ignition wire should be Yellow with red stripe but I dont have one of those.

I don't have a DMM or anything so Im lost here.
