91 Door Panel Removal HELP!!!

I need to get my door panels off. They do not come off the same way as my 95 did. This is a 1991 Full Size Chevrolet Silverado/1500. I cannot get these ****ed door panels off. Anyone with experience please help, or point me to a tutorial. Please.

my 97's are easy to take off....i had a 92 but never had to take off the panels. sorry i couldn't help.

My 95 was super easy as well. This truck only has 70k miles, so i don't want to just rip em off.

check for screws/bolts everywhere. Also some door panels just have to be shifted upward.
