90' CRX HF for $400?

I got a friend who is gonna sell me his 1990 CRX HF for $400 has 17" rims no rust and a few other little mods in the engine bay. Needs a new header, radiator, and hood. So I figure that would cost about $200-$250 for all that. What do yall think? I'll be going to get it tomorrow or thursday

lol i built that box. I did his install. he wants to keep the system which is cool with me lol

i paid 300 for a shell and 200 for a swap....then built the race motor and dropped it in...all in all if i let a shop do all my motor work...it would've been 3k....
