Okay, had a pretty productive Saturday... I got all my cuts made, and I am just about completed with the assembley of the pieces. I still have to attatch the double baffle and the bottom, and make the cutout for the sub.

I am in love with my router; I got a flush trim bit and a roundover bit, and it makes everything look so perfect. I probably won't carpet this big thing, just going to sand her down and round the edges over; should look pretty good...

I am going to add threaded rod for a little bracing as well, one from side to side and two rods going front to back.

I am so excited about this box, I can't wait to get it in. Hopefully I can finish it up today, if it stops raining later on... Install will be tonight or early in the week.

I just got home from work, so I'm tired as shit. Heres a few pics of what I have so far, I will take better ones of the final thing.

Here is a shot of the interior, got the threaded rod in this afternoon. I still need to cut the second cutout for the double baffle and put the bottom on; then it's on to sanding and rounding

Don't worry about that overhang on the baffle, that's what the flush trim bit is for:yumyum:

It's 1/4", all they had was that and half inch, which was way too big...

That seems unnecessarily large, I have never seen anyone use rod that large.

Well it is complete, and I am extremely happy with the finished product. This is by far my sexiest enclosure, and this has my most perfect cuts Round edges FTW...

Here's a recent shot of the Jeep, finally got it tinted about a month ago. Limo on the back and 15% on the doors.

It will go in tomorrow, need to get a buddy over here to give me a hand. It must weigh near 100lbs...

If it was a 12'' x 12'' x 12'' box, then it would be easy. But there is no way I can grip it, let alone carry it out the door on my own.

She'll be in by noon tomorrow
