80prs usb indexing question

Does anybody know how to reset the usb index? I loaded a different usb than I usually use and now when I put back my original usb the folders from the other usb drive are still shown and instead of loading instantly it always says format read and takes a while to load music. Can't seem to find anything in the manual.
