80prs firmware update issue

I just got a 80prs and I'm trying to update the Bluetooth firmware. The instructions from pioneer show how on windows 7 but I have windows 10. You are supposed to get to the headunit file folder location to copy a update file to but I cannot get to any folder locations when I connect to Bluetooth. Does anyone have any tips to get this to work?

The only way I have ever got any pioneer to update is with a usb memory stick.
