My Kenwood KAC-X811D is CEA compliant rated at 900something watts at 2 ohms and i paid 211$shipped on ebay a year ago im sure they are less now.

Refurb planet audio P1250d from ebay. avoutlets sells them and is a good seller bought 4 planet audio refurbs from him all have worked flawlessly (including 2 1250d)

puts out a solid 800 RMS @2ohms @under 13volts
