$800 on woofers

I am looking to spend around $800 or lower on subwoofers. I was looking into 4 FI SSD12's. Someone else said to go with 2 good 15's. Which should I do and if 15's what should i look into? I just thought the 4 12's would get loud and look clean

What kind of amplifier is powering them? That will determine a lot of what to get.

why not do 18s. got big or go home. if 18s, do some rd alphas on a 5k amp.

my one 15inch ssd gets pretty low. If ur set on the ssd's get 2 15s and push em with 2000wrms.

IF u want more thump, get a couple btls, but they require a ton more power, somewhere around 4000wrms. With that much power ull need a couple batts and a HO alt.

I amgoing to have it setup with aero ports tuned to 33ish but i am going to be able to change yhe ports out to do 38 to go burp at meca

I think 2 15" SSDs would be cheaper than ur looking at and use the extra money elsewhere in the system.
