8'' subs

lookin to put 4 8'' subs in my jeep wrangler, looking at jl 8w7, rl-8, and sa-8... which one would be best for sealed and best for ported... or if you have any more suggestions.. thanks

i'd do DD 1508's and forget the rest....but the DD's would need to be ported

I would ask how much space do you have/willing to give up and how much power. Everyone will be partial to certain brands for their own reasons. I like the sound and size of sealed boxes and other like ported. The box will also be determined by the woofer you pick. There are some nice 8's that people will tell you to use and they will need over a cube of space and power. IMO it will be a lot easier to point you to the woofer once we know the space first.

i would get a tc sounds epic over everything

500 rms each get 4 and put it on an amp that does 2500 rms at 1 ohm u will be ******* out ur ears

You could do them in just under or at 3 cuft total ported.. Power would be up to you but anything between 500-1200rms each would be

just plain sick. IMO of course.

My vote is for the Epic. They thrive in small ported boxes, and that's what you need.

2 SA-8's in a T-Line... I plan on doing this very soon, hopefully. Just need to find someone to design a box for me...
