that **** i dont like
Someone reccommend me an 8" infinite baffle compatible subwoofer that can do 300 watts at 1 ohm.
Had mine on 350wrms a piece off an older Cadence Z1200 at 2 ohms. Mine were in a ported box, but took it none the less. You wont be seeing that much power anyways on a regular basis. If you set the gains right you should be fine.So these can handle 300 watts even in an in setup? Cause these were what I was looking at. The power handling just made me nervous.
Alright thanks man. I'm definately going with it then.Had mine on 350wrms a piece off an older Cadence Z1200 at 2 ohms. Mine were in a ported box, but took it none the less. You wont be seeing that much power anyways on a regular basis. If you set the gains right you should be fine.
I highly doubt it'll even take 125 rms in IB. If you set your gain correct you won't be sending anywhere near that power to them, IB'd. These subs aren't made to be loud, they sound awesome and do it well with little power but easily reach their limit and I'm not even a bass head. I was happy with 1 sealed off 300rms, even then I never ran it hard. I'd go with something higher power with a stiffer suspension. TC epic 8 would be a good choice.Had mine on 350wrms a piece off an older Cadence Z1200 at 2 ohms. Mine were in a ported box, but took it none the less.
