Won't get any noticable gains from 1 to .8.Amp would run it but why not just do the 1ohm?

The amp will be fine, Is it .8 after box rise? If so just be careful with the gains so your not pushing the amp to hard.

The load isn't a problem at all...

However your 3/4 settings are bogus. Set your gains correctly.

set your gains correctly, run your line driver at 3/4 but then set your gains accordingly. Using a line driver and having gains at 3/4 with 4-10 volts of input is asking for magic smoke from amp or voice coils. Read the sticky on the top of the amplifiers section.

the ohm load is a good idea, setting gains generically is possibly the worst idea ever.

I don't see the need for a line driver unless you're running speakers off the head unit. I can get the correct gain @ 50/62 HU volume, and less than 25% gain on 2v pre-outs.

We have run 3 PR 10's on that amp several times. Works Great.
