8 inch focal 21 H

My friend has a pair of 8 inch focal 21 H subs, I'm wondering if anyone know the specs on these subs. Ive looked around and have not found much. Or at least what ohms they are, and how I might be able to wire them. On the newer version it said they are 4 ohm, would it be the same for a older version?
