i say go with the tang bands. They are the best deal and the Fs on them is 28, so they are made for sq and I believe they will work well in a small sealed enclosure. And they have 12mm of xmax which is amazing for an 8" sub. I think you will prolly get the best sq and spl from the tang bands. And they are the cheapest, I don't think you can go wrong with them honestyl.
