8 amps to one woffer?

we are trying to put 8 amps to one RD HW 18". these amps cannot be strapped not even with a maxxlink. mmats 3500.05s are the amps. but anyways, a buddy and i got an idea of how to do this. we were trying to figure out if we made positive speaker leads buss bars and neg speaker lead buss bars and then run 4 gauge speaker leads off of the buss bars to the sub. now i understand that the amps have to be perfectly gain matched but we have an o-scope so that shouldnt be a problem. but is this possible or is this goin to blow the amps??

i don't see how it would work unless you have 8 voice coils. i may be wrong but i doubt it.
