Yep, not that I would use them instead of using the set screws that holder is made with. Im not a big fan of having the hot wire exposed to something shorting out it out by arcing across the exposed lug terminals. It might be worth the $15 you said due to the aluminum mount its attached to. That might be very handy in some installs.
