70hz SPL port wanted

So box is 16.1 cubic feet when subs in box ...

Box height is internal 31.89 inch so that should be a port height as well ....

I know about the suggested port area, 10-20 sq inch per 1 cft

BBP suggest me 6.31 inch wide port so it should be tuned on 70hz ... is that correct ?

Just a bit confused here as ive seen lots wider ports ...

~9 inches would be 16cuft @ 18sqin port area/cuft
