spray foam/insullation?

didnt know where to put this thread,

i was just wondering how well that spray foam/insullation does?

does it hold up well?i have a bl 18 in my 4runner and the quarter panles and roof just rattle like a mother ****er.

i was just gonna pull out the inside of the quarter panles and fill braces n shit up with it.and hopefully do somethin to the roof also.

i just want to know if it will hold up and do what i want it to.lol

Indeed. It works great but don't go overboard or you will have a hellofa mess. They also sell two kinds, the regular stuff and also minimal expanding (the windows and doors kind). I used a little of both depending on the situation.

I love the stuff I have over 10 cans of it in my truck...lol... If you can get Great Stuff it is more ridgid then some of the others and will help fix your problem more.

expanding foam helps bracing when you fill voids but for large flat area adding a chunk of wood helps real good
