700 watts rms any suggestions?

Right now im running a kicker L5 10" running my amp at 2 ohms so its getting prolly 300-350 watts rms. im looking to upgrade to a 15" or 2 12"s. only thing off of 700 watts i could think of was a type r 15" what else would be my best bang for the buck. im looking for SQL.

alpine type R are a good bang for buck too they get hella loud and will take 1kw rms

Even the Fi Q will sound good on 700 watts in about 5 cubes or so.
