6x9's vs. 6.5's

I am putting in new reaer speakers and i was wondering what would be better 6x9s or 6.5s?

It's been gone over before. Over and over again.

A 6x9 has more cone area, and will play louder and a hair lower than a 6.5" cone - if they have the same motor and suspension. The 6.5" won't distort as easily and will have better sound because the cone is more rigid.

I sugguest 6.5"s. What's your budget?
