6x9s and subs off 1 amp?

The amp is a 600 watt 4/3 channel. I have the subs running off the "rear" channel, and i was wondering: if I wire the 6x9 speakers to the "front" channel will it make the 6x9s sound better? Or is there no benefit to doing this? Also do the "front" and "rear" channels put out anything different?

And before you say anything about the amp I know I should run subs off a mono amp but i got the 4 channel for $45. I'm going to move it upfront as soon as i get a mono.

FYI: amplifying your rear stage instead of your front stage is a huge no-no. Personally, I would run the front speakers off of channels 1 & 2 and bridge the subwoofer off of channels 3 & 4. If you must run rear-fill, run the 6x9s off of head unit power!

Then again, I am not a big fan of rear mids and highs, and I am certain you will see many here that are not fans of rear mids/highs as well.
