6x9

I think it sounds just fine

But someone said theres no point in having the 6x9 cause the do "nothing"

How much difference do they actually make and are they worth having ?

This is a lesson to be learned. People have all sorts of opinions, and if it doesn't affect you and you can't learn how to make your vehicle sound better then you smile and nod. Or get rude if that's your style. You spent the money, not the other guy.

You like how it sounds with the 6x9s. Is there a different way your car can be set up? Of course. Should you change it? Well, my question to that is do you want to change it?

Thanks for that I'm going to keep them because to me they do make a difference to vocals

Another question is , I've got two amps and running two 4 gauge wires to both 6x9 and subs

Would it be better running one big cable and using a distribution block if so what size of cable ?

Since you already have two runs of wire leave it as is. The reason to have a larger wire with distribution block is to have to run only one wire from the beginning.

sorry but there actually out the car at the moment as i was selling my car but have decided to keep it

im thinking of running a 4 gauge for subwoofers and a 8 gauge for the 6x9's

as two four gauges are to big and pops one side of my trim panel off which is annoying

You might get more responses if you took a minute to proofread and write complete thoughts. It looks like you're saying you want to use 8 gauge wire as your speaker wire. I think you mean you want to use 8 ga wire as the power wire for the Vibe amplifier that's powering the 6x9s. If this is true, there is no benefit to using 4 gauge earth if the power wire is 8 gauge. It won't cause harm, but it won't improve anything either.

Sorry

I thought people would understand what i meant , yes running an 8 gauge to my vibe amplifier for the 6x9's

And thanks il just use the 4 gauge earth wire then
