6x9 subwoofers?

What are some good 6x9 subwoofers that can take good power in an IB trunk setup? I might go back to a modest, good-sounding setup.

CDT makes a good set, Cadence makes a beefy looking setup too but I am unsure of how they would sound

That Cadence CVLW-69 seems like it's the beefiest from all that I could find, I think they're like $130 a pair or something.

Any sub builders wanna build me some phat 6x9s? lol

I found no info on those DDs, it must had been a component set with that crossover on the speaker yes?

its not a true subwoofer, its a componant...look at the cap on the side of the speaker.

Tang band is where it's at if you want a killer 6x9 sub. Also, if you want to do the import thing, Vibe UK's square SPL 6x9 seems to be killer.

^^^ I looked at that, looks pretty sweet but that wouldn't fit in my 6x9 hole because it's recessed on my rear deck with that oval shape. They look like they can rock though.
