6x9 recommendation

im looking to replace my front and rear 6x9 factory door speakers. im looking at the Image Dynamics CTX-69, and the rockford fosgate T1693. they will be amp powered (deciding on amp later). im looking for good highs and good mid-bass. which would you recommended? or is there another you would recommend? looking to stay under the $200/pair price. also, would baffles be a good idea or not? ive never used them. thanks in advance.

I ran the t1693s in my front doors and rear deck.

I would build a baffle and chamfer the back of it.
