hey wassup guys...i bought a box for a pair of 6x9s that is 24 by 9 by 8....its kinda big but they sound really good in it....no the trick is finding a spot to put the box... the car is a mitsubishi galant...i have no ideas....cant go in the trunk or i wouldnt hear it good....any ideas????

the box wont fit on the rear shelf plus it blocks my view....and they dont fit origonal holes....so does that mean i cant use them?

Your openings are likely for 5x7's or some other goofy size. Either cut bigger holes as suggested or drill new mounting holes for your 6x9's with the tweet/mid centered in the factory opening. Sound deaden the metal and mount 'em. As long as your mid and tweet have a clear path you won't lose much (if any) sound from the woofer unless the factory opening is dinky (like 4" or smaller). If the opening is too big then make a baffle (adapter) from MDF.
