6x9 choices

hi i have never brought a set of speakers and need some help. i have around 100 to spend on a set of 6x9. i looked on ebay and found some but dont know whats good. Polk MMC690, Boston Acoustics SX95, MBQuart DTF169, Alpine SPR69LP.i dont know if thoes are good or not. i will be running them off my pioneer hu and they will be in the front. i just want something loud and clear. thanks

Please dont waste your money on 6 x 9"s--- biggest POS you can throw your money away on! If you can afford them, you can CERTAINLY afford a component set with a 5 .25, 5.5 or 6" mid and 1" tweet. (and you can generally aim the tweeter-for help with imaging of course)The round speaker has survived because it has the ability to MOST accurately reproduce sound. If you are worried about the fit, trace out your 6x9 cutout, trnsfr to a piece of mdf and cut out speaker holes. Those POS oval, innacurate wastes of money are NO GOOD!
