so im makin my friend boxes for his 6x9s....with the non circular shape is ther any easy way to go about making the cutout or is it pretty much draw it out and jigsaw it?

Use whatever you're more comfortable with on the first one. If you do have a router, pickup a flush trim bit and you can use your first cutout as a template for the second.

yea i knew that much i just didnt know if ther was an easier way to make the first cutout
