The Kenwood has a crossover. Its built in. You see the board on the bottom of the plate. That's the crossover.

Yea I see tht, I guess I shud have said no external crossover. Basically I jus want to plug an play for now, don't want to do much more than mount a speaker....

No, I hated them. I have 2, but yes they're quite nice.
