60hz ground loop hum

I have put in a new pioneer 8700 deck, pioneer four way speakers and, a pioneer four channel amp. I have a constant hum that is unchanging at all volumes it just becomes unnoticeable. It doesn't change if the car is idaling, revved up, or off. I have the rca's and power on opposite sides, and have twisted pair rca cords. I have tried several differnt ground points for the amp and tried changing the ground on the deck. I have seen posts saying add ground to the rca's, is this true? I tried it and it made it a little quieter, if someone says it works 100% I'll find better wire and try it again. Anyone's 2cents is apriciated.

I just got rid of the 60hz hum by dialling back my gain levels a bit. Still a little static but not even noticeable until you put your ear right up to the speaker. Such a simple fix after I spent half the day messing around with everything.
