600w rms sub in 1.3 cu ft sealed

Trying to pick a sub to go in my 1.3 ft3 sealed box. Powered by PDXm6 600w rms at 4ohm. I currently have an ID12v3 but 600w is over the max for that sub it seems.

Sa is not designed for a sealed box. Don't do it, you'll be disappointed.

Realy not, thats why i sugest you fi ssd with high qts option and cooling for daily!

Sa is fine sealed. Id do an obsidian over the sd IMO.

Seems that no one agrees. it would be helpful if people wrote a reason for their opinion.

Reason people for the mist part are saying what they are is specs or hear say. For instance I have a dd 3512. Specs say ported only no sealed. But I ran it sealed in a 1.75^3 box in the wife's car and it sounded great until it blew after 5 years. Now it's been reconed like new again But I'd ask for personal experiences with subs sealed and pick from there

Ive had 4 OA subwoofers. My temp setup is 1 in a sealed 1.2 cube box. Sounds great.

Obsidian because they are cheaper than the SAs and pretty much the same thing. My OAs have sundown audio stamped on them lol.
