After searching many posts i am a little confused

I am getting 2 Infinity 12.1d's and I need the perfect amp. Many people say these blow easily so i dont want to do that.

Some people say get the JBL BP1200.1 for two and others say get the 300.1 for one. So shouldnt i get the 600.1 for two of them? RMS of the sub is 350

Let me get this straight also. If i got the 1200.1 and wired the sub at 4 ohms then they would each be getting 300?

Would the subs be in mono then because the amp only says 600x1 not 300x2 or something?

they are dual 4 ohm voice coils. But since it is a mono channel amp would both subs only be getting the same signal?

either one will give me the 300watts perchannel that i want. Its just if i want it at 4 or 2 ohms. but i suppose ill get the 1200.1 in case i want to add on and need more power later
